Norfolk Offers Hands-On Cabin Crew Training on Genuine Boeing 737 Aircraft

For those dreaming of becoming cabin crew, a new training program in Norfolk offers an immersive and hands-on experience like no other.

Klyne Training, in partnership with Saxon Air, has launched a cabin crew training opportunity that gives learners the practical skills, behaviors, and industry insight needed to pursue a career in the skies. The program is unique in that it takes place on a genuine Boeing 737 aircraft at International Aviation Academy Norwich.

'For us, it's not just about teaching people what cabin crew do,' said Richard Bambridge, outreach and skills business leader at Saxon Air. 'It's about helping them build the confidence, attitudes, and behaviors that employers are looking for.'

The course is open to those aged 16 and over, and includes training on interview preparation, group exercises, customer service scenarios, professional presentation, and airline expectations. The program has been designed for a wide range of learners, from school and college leavers considering their next step to adults looking for a complete career change.

The first courses take place on October 10-11 and November 16-17, with limited spaces remaining.
