Northern Virginia Portfolio Sells for $75M as Victoria Industrial Makes Debut
A real estate investment firm based in New Jersey has made its first major acquisition. Victoria Industrial Properties acquired a seven-building industrial and flex portfolio in Northern Virginia's Dulles Corridor for $75 million.
The portfolio, totaling 308,656 square feet, was sold by Klein Enterprises to Victoria Industrial, which partnered with Lincoln Equities Group on the deal. The properties are located in Sterling, Herndon, and Chantilly, with a combined occupancy rate of 90 percent at the time of sale.
The tenants include notable companies such as Honeywell, Inova Health, Artis, Nightwing, and Capital Electric.
