Nvidia and Broadcom Poised for Triple Digit Growth by 2030
Nvidia and Broadcom are two of the top investments in the market right now, particularly for those interested in artificial intelligence (AI). Both companies have significant growth potential over the next few years, despite their valuations not fully reflecting this.
Nvidia's graphics processing units (GPUs) were early leaders in AI computing, but Broadcom's custom AI chips offer a more specialized solution for certain workloads. However, these two companies are not mutually exclusive and complement each other well.
The AI build-out is far from over, with data centers being built everywhere. By 2030, Nvidia management expects data center capital expenditures to reach $3 trillion to $4 trillion, with the big five AI hyperscalers spending around $800 billion on capital expenditures this year.
Nvidia and Broadcom's revenue growth is not yet priced in, making them attractive investments for long-term growth. Considering their current valuations, it's reasonable to expect these two companies to triple or quadruple their revenue by 2030, which could result in a stock price appreciation of 3x or 4x over the next few years.
