Nvidia-Backed AI Data Center Provider Nscale Files for Record-Breaking IPO
Nscale, an AI data center provider backed by Nvidia, has filed for a New York initial public offering (IPO) to fund its computing infrastructure. The company seeks listing on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol NSCL.
The London-headquartered firm reported rapid top-line growth alongside escalating losses. For the six-month period ending June 30, Nscale generated $140.6 million in revenue, up significantly from $10.4 million during the same period in the prior year. However, net losses expanded to $1.02 billion for the period.
Nscale maintains close partnerships with Nvidia, Microsoft, and Anthropic. The company did not disclose the size and scope of its listing in its filings, but a Bloomberg report cited that Nscale is seeking to raise as much as $3 billion in the IPO.
