Nvidia-Backed CodeRabbit Hits $1.5 Billion Valuation After Raising $143 Million

CodeRabbit, a startup backed by Nvidia, has secured $143 million in its latest funding round, valuing it at $1.5 billion. The AI-powered code review service is designed to automatically review code as it's written, identifying issues and vulnerabilities.

The company plans to use the new funds to expand its operations in Europe, doubling its workforce there, and enter new markets such as Asia, with a focus on Japan and Singapore.

CodeRabbit has already attracted over 17,000 customers and conducts more than 2 million code reviews per week. The startup is introducing new features that can identify security vulnerabilities in code and propose fixes.
