Nvidia Director Sells Another $300 Million in Shares
Nvidia Director Mark Stevens has sold another $300 million in shares, according to an SEC filing. This transaction occurred on September 18 and included 1.356 million shares at a weighted-average price of $219.72 and another 10,000 shares at $220.42.
The sale was made through the Third Millennium Trust, where Stevens and his wife serve as co-trustees. After this transaction, the trust held about 970,531 Nvidia shares. Stevens also reported holding directly 11.54 million shares and another 15.02 million through the Envy Trust.
This latest sale is part of a series of large Nvidia disposals by Stevens, who has disclosed roughly $946.63 million in share sales since August 31. The Sept. 18 sale represented about 4.7% of his reported equity position before the transaction. The filings do not explain Stevens' reasons for selling.
Nvidia's upcoming insider filings will provide more insight into whether Stevens continues reducing his position or changes the pace of his share sales.
