Nvidia Director Unloads $300M in Stock, Sparks Concern About Company's Health

Nvidia Director Mark A. Stevens recently sold $300 million worth of stock in a matter of days, sparking concerns about the health of the company.

The sale was made through a family trust between August 31 and September 4, with individual trades priced between $220 and $234.

Nvidia's CEO Jensen Huang has downplayed the significance of the sale, stating that the company's demand is well above supply, but some analysts are interpreting the move as a sign of trouble at the $5.53 trillion company.

The sale was not made under a prearranged trading plan, which would have allowed Stevens to schedule sales in advance and removed discretion and timing questions.
