Nvidia has sold its $177 million stake in Applied Digital as of December 31, 2025, according to a recent 13F filing.

The chipmaker had invested in Applied Digital in September 2024 as part of a $160 million financing round, aimed at boosting the company's artificial intelligence infrastructure and building high-performance computing data centers across the country.

Applied Digital is also a partner in Nvidia's Network Cloud Partner program and relies on the company's GPUs to power its data centers. Despite Nvidia's exit, shares of Applied Digital have risen more than 248% in the past year.
