Nvidia Corp., the semiconductor company behind the GPUs powering much of the AI boom, has secured another large infrastructure project in Southeast Asia. Zankore, an AI platform, has obtained a senior term loan facility of up to $3.1 billion to fund Nvidia-powered GPU and cloud infrastructure in Indonesia.

Citi served as exclusive debt adviser, with Citi, ING, Natixis, Qatar National Bank, and United Overseas Bank among the lenders. Zankore plans to begin with 100 megawatts of Nvidia infrastructure before expanding toward 1 gigawatt of AI factory capacity.

The deal shows how GPU demand can move beyond U.S. hyperscalers, giving Nvidia another path into fast-growing markets where customers may need outside financing to fund expensive GPU deployments.
