Nvidia has disclosed its significant stake in SpaceX, valued at approximately $21 billion as of June 2026. According to an SEC filing, Nvidia owns nearly 123 million shares of the company.

The investment is part of a broader strategy by Nvidia to expand its ecosystem and accelerate AI infrastructure development. Over the past two years, the company has invested more than $100 billion in AI projects, including cloud infrastructure provider CoreWeave and AI labs Thinking Machines and Safe Superintelligence.

Nvidia's exclusive partnership with SpaceX comes as the latter signed major deals to supply AI computing capacity. Anthropic agreed to pay nearly $45 billion over three years for access to its infrastructure, while Google signed a deal worth $920 million per month to rent computing capacity.
