Nvidia is raising prices again for its AI servers, with some major customers notified of a price hike exceeding 15%. The affected products include existing Grace Blackwell and next-generation flagship Vera Rubin systems. Specific price increases will vary depending on GPU generation and memory configuration.

The Information reports that GB300 and Vera Rubin 200 systems are expected to see a price increase of about 17%. Calculated based on current prices, for a 1GW-scale AI data center, this round of price hikes alone may add at least $5 billion in costs.

This is not the first time Nvidia-related hardware has seen sharp price increases. Earlier this year, consumer-grade RTX 50 series graphics cards and professional card RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell experienced significant price changes. Now, AI servers have joined the queue with prices rising across the board.
