Nvidia's Data Center Revenue Hits Record High
Nvidia's data center business has become the company's main growth engine, accounting for 93% of its $96.2 billion in revenue during Q2 FY27.
The AI infrastructure boom is broadening beyond a handful of giant cloud customers, with Nvidia reporting $48.7 billion in hyperscale revenue and $40.3 billion in AI clouds, industrial, and enterprise (ACIE) revenue.
Nvidia's CEO Jensen Huang stated that 'AI has reached its inflection point... Its tokens are productive and profitable.' The company forecasts fiscal third-quarter revenue of $108.0 billion, plus or minus 2%, with preliminary guidance of approximately 70% revenue growth for the following fiscal year.
