Nvidia's GTC conference is returning to Washington D.C., but this time it faces a very different public perception. Unlike its previous appearances in the US capital, there is now increased concern about AI's impact on the labor market and the proliferation of noisy data centers.

The company's CEO, Jensen Huang, has been at the forefront of promoting AI benefits while dismissing concerns as 'irresponsible fears.' He has even accused other tech executives with a 'God complex' for expressing worries about AI. Huang will deliver the keynote speech at GTC on December 1.

His stance is not without controversy, especially considering his lobbying efforts to relax chip export restrictions to China, which some see as giving Beijing an advantage in the AI race. Critics have pointed out that this could lead to negative consequences for the US economy and job market.
