Nwam LLC Boosts Stake in Procter & Gamble by Over 10% in Q2

Nwam LLC has significantly increased its stake in Procter & Gamble Company (PG), purchasing an additional 7,350 shares during the second quarter. This move brought their total holdings to 77,827 shares, valued at approximately $11.41 million.

According to a recent SEC filing, Nwam LLC's holding in PG increased by 10.4% over the same period. Brighton Jones LLC also boosted its stake in PG by 51.5%, acquiring an additional 13,617 shares during the fourth quarter.

Institutional investors own approximately 65.77% of Procter & Gamble's stock. The company has a market capitalization of $338.78 billion and a dividend payout ratio (DPR) of 65.71%. PG recently announced its quarterly dividend, paying out $1.0885 per share on August 17th to investors who held shares as of July 24th.
