Odyssey's Luxury Senior Living Community Opens on Chevron Island

Odyssey Lifestyle Care Communities has opened its highly anticipated Chevron Island project in Australia. The luxury apartments, starting at $840,000, and penthouses priced up to $9.35 million offer a unique combination of senior living support with the indulgence of a five-star resort.

The community is designed to be inclusive and welcoming, allowing residents to live comfortably alongside their families and pets. Odyssey founder Phil Usher emphasizes that this community sets an excellent precedent in the industry, providing 'affordable opulence' that surpasses anything else available in Australia or the aged care space.

Key features of the 19-storey tower include a gourmet restaurant, swimming pool, piano lounge, cinema, wine cellars, beauty salon, concierge and lobby, gymnasium, and onsite Allied Services and medical teams. The project is expected to create 170 local jobs.
