ONYX Expands to Australia with Channel Veteran at the Helm

Microsoft cloud solution partner (CSP) platform vendor ONYX has expanded its presence to Australia, appointing Mark Underwood as head of its local arm.

Underwood brings over 25 years of experience in Microsoft licensing- and channel-related roles, having worked at several prominent companies, including rhipe, Crayon, SoftwareOne, Dicker Data, Corporate Express, Data#3, Connect Interactive, Alcatel, and Tech Pacific.

The CSP Growth Engine platform is ONYX's flagship offering, which provides partners with a tool to win CSP deals through deal analysis, proposal creation, licensing expertise, commercial modelling, and customer identification.

Underwood believes that there is a significant opportunity for Australian Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to grow their Microsoft CSP business, stating, 'There is a significant opportunity for Australian MSPs to make Microsoft CSP a much bigger part of their growth strategy.'
