Osbon Capital Management LLC has acquired a new stake in Amazon.com, Inc. (NASDAQ:AMZN) worth approximately $1,055,000 through its recent Form 13F filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The fund purchased 4,428 shares of Amazon's stock in the second quarter.

Amazon comprises about 0.8% of Osbon Capital Management LLC's holdings, making it the company's 22nd biggest position.

The news follows other significant investments in Amazon by various institutions. Auto Owners Insurance Co increased its stake in the e-commerce giant by 27,376.7% in the fourth quarter, owning 98,448,885 shares valued at $2,272,397,000.
