P&G Names Shailesh Jejurikar Chairman as Jon Moeller Retires

The Procter & Gamble Company (P&G) has announced significant leadership changes. Shailesh Jejurikar will take over as Chairman of the Board on August 1, 2026, in addition to his current role as President and Chief Executive Officer.

Jon Moeller, Executive Chairman, will retire from the board effective July 31, 2026, and from P&G effective August 14, 2026. Jejurikar has been a member of P&G's global leadership team since 2014 and has held various senior leadership roles across categories, sectors, and regions.

Jejurikar joined P&G in 1989 and has helped build several core businesses, including global Fabric Care. He has also led the development of the company's renewed strategies and operational results across the supply chain, information technology, and global business services.
