Paramount Skydance has continued its trend of hiring from Google, bringing on two more former executives to join their team. In a memo to employees, product chief Dane Glasgow announced that Nick Lee and Suzanne Pellican have joined the company.

Nick Lee, who spent nearly 17 years as a senior director of engineering at Google before joining Microsoft, is now Paramount's EVP of media systems. He was previously the corporate vice president of Microsoft AI.

Suzanne Pellican, who worked as Google's VP of ads user experience and had over eight years with the company, is also an EVP and head of design. Before her time at Google, she spent over 14 years at Intuit.

The hires reflect an increased investment and focus on Paramount's products business, according to a person familiar with the team's strategy.
