Paramount Skydance has announced two new hires from Google. Dane Glasgow, Paramount's product chief and former Googler, revealed in a memo to employees that Nick Lee will join as EVP of Media Systems. Lee was previously at Microsoft AI but spent nearly 17 years at Google.

Suzanne Pellican, another former Googler, is the company's new EVP and Head of Design. Before her stint at Google, she worked at Intuit for over 14 years.

The hires are part of an increased investment in Paramount's products business, a person familiar with the team's strategy said. Lee will be based in Seattle and work on media systems and supply chain strategy, while Pellican will oversee design across consumer, advertising, production, and enterprise products companywide.
