Peloton Interactive Inc., a fitness technology company, is considering its first-ever bond deal. According to people familiar with the matter, the company is sounding out investors for a potential $800 million sale.

The bond offering would yield about 8%, as gauged by Goldman Sachs Group Inc. in recent meetings with investors, said the sources who asked not to be identified because they're not authorized to speak publicly.
