Pentair Names Industry Veteran Bob Hau as New CFO

Pentair plc, a global leader in water management solutions, has announced that Bob Hau will join the company as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer on November 1, 2026. This appointment comes after an extensive search for a new CFO to drive performance and create long-term shareholder value. Hau brings over 16 years of experience as a CFO for public companies in the technology and industrial sectors.

Hau's most recent role was at Fiserv, where he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2016 to 2025. Prior to that, he held similar positions at TE Connectivity and Lennox International. He also spent 22 years at Honeywell International in various senior finance roles.

Pentair's President and CEO, John L. Stauch, welcomed Hau to the company, praising his strategic perspective, financial expertise, and results-oriented approach. Bob Fishman will remain with Pentair until November 1 to ensure a smooth transition.
