PGHHL Eyes Long-Term Growth Amid Challenging Operating Environment
Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care Ltd (PGHHL), part of US-based multinational consumer goods corporation The Procter & Gamble Company, is anticipating a challenging year ahead despite its confidence in delivering long-term growth. In its latest annual report, PGHHL stated that the operating environment continues to evolve at an accelerated pace, presenting both challenges and opportunities.
The company remains confident of delivering long-term growth thanks to its 'Integrated Growth Strategy' and continued investments in innovation, brand building, and go-to-market capabilities. Despite a challenging year ahead, PGHHL's Managing Director Kumar Venkatasubramanian expressed confidence in the company's ability to drive market growth and deliver balanced growth and value creation.
In FY26, PGHHL reported revenue of ₹4,290 crore and Profit After Tax (PAT) increased 19% to ₹857 crore. The company noted that non-food inflation remains below the RBI's medium-term target of 4%, with consumption trends in the Indian FMCG sector continuing to evolve.
