Pixel 11 Bugs Disrupt Google Maps on Android Auto

Google Pixel 11 users are experiencing frustrating glitches when using Google Maps on Android Auto. Reports from Reddit and Android Auto forums highlight issues such as freezing screens, stuttering visuals, and black static interfering with navigation. These problems occur on both wired and wireless connections, ruling out faulty cables as the cause.

The bugs make Google Maps nearly unusable for some drivers. While other apps like YouTube Music function normally, the visual distortions in Google Maps persist even after basic troubleshooting steps like clearing app data or reinstalling the app. The issues affect all Pixel 11 variants, including the Pro and Pro XL models.

Google has acknowledged the problem and is investigating a fix. The company has escalated user reports and is gathering more details from affected Pixel 11 owners. Currently, no permanent solution is available, though some users found slight improvement with a beta version of the app. A software patch is expected soon, and updates will be provided as they become available.
