Pixel Buds 2a Tumble to Record Low of $99 on Amazon

The Google Pixel Buds 2a have taken a significant price drop on Amazon, now available for just $99. This is the first time the earbuds have been priced under $100, with a whopping 23% off their usual list price.

The Pixel Buds 2a use the Google Tensor A1 chip to handle noise cancellation processing, resulting in what Google calls Silent Seal 1.5. This system adapts to the shape of your ear and the ambient noise around you, rather than applying a fixed cancellation curve.

For a $99 pair of wireless earbuds, the inclusion of hardware-accelerated ANC is a rarity. Most noise-canceling earbuds at this price use cheaper signal processing, but the Pixel Buds 2a deliver impressive results in noisy environments.
