Pladis Teams Save 12+ Hours Monthly with Microsoft 365 Copilot

Pladis, a global confectionery company, has seen significant productivity gains after implementing Microsoft 365 Copilot across its teams. The 'Steal Back 10 Hours' program aimed to help colleagues work more efficiently by leveraging AI technology. With the assistance of partner Mindworks, training and masterclasses were provided to drive adoption.

A total of 70 employees were trained, with 48 completing all masterclasses and reporting their productivity gains through a company tracker. The results showed that these employees saved an average of 12 hours per month, exceeding the target of 10 hours. Some colleagues even reported saving up to 20 hours.

The implementation of Microsoft 365 Copilot has provided pladis with a structured and measurable way to evaluate team productivity. By incorporating AI-powered tools like Power Platform agents, the company has been able to streamline routine tasks such as content creation, document summarization, and report building.
