Pooja Bedi Appointed as General Counsel for Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages

Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Private Limited has appointed Pooja Bedi as its General Counsel & Company Secretary. With over 25 years of experience in the FMCG, alcobev, healthcare, and technology sectors, Bedi brings a wealth of knowledge to her new role.

Bedi's background includes senior leadership positions at Mondelēz India, Philips, JUUL, AB InBev, and Pernod Ricard. Her expertise spans corporate governance, risk and compliance, regulatory strategy, business transformation, and strategic advisory.

Commenting on the appointment, Hemant Rupani, CEO of Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, said, 'Pooja brings extensive legal and business leadership experience, along with a strong track record across governance, compliance, and strategic advisory. Bedi will lead the company's Legal, Compliance, and Secretarial functions, working closely with the Board and leadership team on governance, regulatory matters, and corporate compliance.
