Pooja Bedi Appointed General Counsel and Company Secretary at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages

Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Private Limited (HCCB), one of India's leading non-alcoholic ready-to-drink beverage companies, has appointed Pooja Bedi as its new General Counsel and Company Secretary. With over 25 years of experience in the FMCG sector, Bedi brings a wealth of knowledge to HCCB.

Bedi joins HCCB from Mondelēz India, where she served as Chief Counsel - India. Her previous roles include senior positions at Philips, JUUL, AB InBev, and Pernod Ricard. A lawyer and Fellow Company Secretary, Bedi also holds an Executive MBA from CEIBS in Shanghai.

At HCCB, Bedi will lead the company's Legal, Compliance, and Secretarial functions. She will work closely with the Board and leadership team on corporate governance, regulatory matters, compliance, and related legal requirements.
