Q2 Metals Names Experienced Mining Executive to Lead Cisco Lithium Project
Q2 Metals Corp., a Canadian mineral exploration company, has appointed Jean-François Tremblay as its Vice President of Technical Services. Tremblay has over 25 years of experience in advancing mineral projects from exploration to production readiness.
In this new role, Tremblay will lead the strategic planning and execution of technical work programs for the Cisco Lithium Project, a major focus area for Q2 Metals. The project is situated in the James Bay region of Quebec, with a combined inferred mineral resource of 295 Mt grading 1.36% Li2O.
Tremblay brings extensive experience in leading multidisciplinary technical teams and has successfully integrated geology, mining engineering, metallurgy, environmental management, and permitting to optimize project design and reduce technical risk.
Q2 Metals also reported the exercise of 4,851,027 warrants from its July 31, 2024 financing at $0.50 per share, generating proceeds of $2,425,514.
