QIA Ties Up With JPMorgan in $20B Equity and Credit Deal
The Qatar Investment Authority (QIA) is planning to partner with JPMorgan Asset Management in a $20 billion deal that will focus on equity and credit investments across both public listings and private deals.
The agreement features a $15 billion mandate for public equities aimed at QIA's long-term goals, as well as a $5 billion private strategy targeting US middle-market companies.
This tie-up is the latest in a string of high-profile investments by QIA, which has also partnered with Goldman Sachs and Brookfield Asset Management in recent months.
