QSC Aims to Standardize Microsoft Teams Experience Across All Meeting Spaces

Microsoft Teams Rooms deployments often prioritize main meeting rooms but neglect smaller, shared spaces. QSC's Geno Zaharie explains how Q-SYS is addressing this issue with two new additions to its platform: the Scheduling Panel and the Room Suite Collaboration Bar.

The Scheduling Panel displays room availability and occupancy status at the door, allowing users to reserve spaces quickly and easily. This data is also shared with Q-SYS Reflect, providing IT teams with valuable insights into how people are interacting with these spaces before they even enter.

The Room Suite Collaboration Bar is an all-in-one device designed for standardizing meeting spaces. It supports up to four optional table microphones and provides a consistent Teams experience across many spaces, including mass deployment spaces where high-impact spaces may not be feasible.

Q-SYS Reflect integration allows IT teams to monitor and manage these devices, providing visibility into room behavior and enabling consistency across the entire workplace. This approach helps organizations avoid creating isolated layers of technology and ensures that every space feels familiar and easy to use.
