West comes from Honeywell Process Technology, where he was President and CEO. He brings over two decades of experience leading large industrial businesses across operations, strategy, finance, and integration.

'I'm excited to join QXO at this pivotal moment in its growth,' West said. 'We have an extraordinary opportunity to build the preeminent company in the building products industry.'
