Rakuten Buys into Honeywell Aerospace with $17.4M Stake

Rakuten Investment Management Inc., a Japanese financial services company, has acquired a new stake in Honeywell Aerospace (NASDAQ:HONA) worth approximately $17.4 million.

The institutional investor purchased 76,392 shares of the company's stock during the second quarter, as reported by Rakuten Investment Management Inc.'s most recent Form 13F filing with the Securities & Exchange Commission.

This is not an isolated incident, as several other institutional investors have also made significant changes to their positions in HONA. BlackRock Inc., for instance, bought a new position worth about $5.25 billion during the second quarter.
