Ras Al Khaimah's Innovation City Launches World's First AI-Powered Registration Platform

Ras Al Khaimah's Innovation City has launched an AI-powered registration platform in partnership with Salesforce. This marks the first time such a system is being used globally, according to both companies.

The new platform uses Agentforce, a digital workforce of AI agents powered by Salesforce. These agents can autonomously execute tasks and workflows within established parameters, reducing the company formation process from days or weeks to just minutes.

'We are not just digitizing bureaucracy, we are fundamentally transforming the company formation experience,' said Paul Dawalibi, CEO of Innovation City.
