Related Ross Secures Financing for 1.7 MSF Boca Raton Innovation Campus Acquisition

Newmark Group, Inc., a leading commercial real estate advisor and service provider, announced that it has arranged financing for Related Ross' acquisition of the Boca Raton Innovation Campus (BRiC), a 1.7-million-square-foot office and technology campus in Florida.

Co-President of Global Debt & Structured Finance Jordan Roeschlaub, Vice Chairman Nick Scribani, and Managing Director John Caraviello, in collaboration with Executive Vice Chairman Josh King, arranged the financing with Ares.

The Boca Raton Innovation Campus spans 124 acres and was originally developed by IBM as its North American research and development campus. The property is recognized as the birthplace of IBM's first personal computer and remains one of Boca Raton's largest employment centers.
