The company has purchased an additional 3,917 shares during the quarter, bringing its total holdings in Amazon to 282,279 shares. This is valued at $67.28 million as per the latest SEC filing.
Amazon.com has been a focal point for several analysts and commentators who argue that the company's roughly $200 billion capital expenditure plan through 2026 reflects substantial demand for its AWS computing services, custom chips, and AI capacity. Furthermore, Amazon is reportedly set to receive approximately $2.4 billion in backup-generator orders from Generac in 2027 and 2028, underscoring the scale of its data-center expansion.
