A mother's five-month stay at the Ronald McDonald House in Greenville, North Carolina, was a source of comfort during her son's prolonged hospitalization. Asia Dail and her baby Amazi'eon arrived at the house after an emergency C-section on February 17.

Amazi'eon was born prematurely at 29 weeks, with a persistent ductus arteriosus (PDA) in his heart and later developed lung disease. The infant struggled to breathe and eventually passed away. Dail reflected on her experience, saying 'Home, it's home. Pure love. It's like those hugs that you need.'

The Ronald McDonald House provided a supportive environment for Dail during an incredibly difficult time.
