Latham & Watkins LLP represented Bessemer Venture Partners in the deal, which was led by a corporate team from the firm's Bay Area office. The team was headed by partner Brian Patterson and included associate Luke Blackett.

The sale price for Fin was US$3.6 billion. This acquisition marks a significant expansion of Salesforce's capabilities in the customer service sector.
