Salesforce and Anthropic Deepen Partnership with Launch of Claudeforce

Salesforce and Anthropic have deepened their strategic partnership by launching Claudeforce, an expanded collaboration that brings Claude's advanced intelligence together with Salesforce's trusted enterprise infrastructure.

The Claudeforce partnership combines the strengths of both companies. Claude brings intelligence, judgment, reasoning, adaptation, and real-time decision-making, while Salesforce supplies the trusted data, rules, and workflows needed to turn that intelligence into enterprise-ready action.

The partnership encompasses four key areas: Salesforce Inside Claude, which provides 37 prebuilt sales skills; Claude Inside Salesforce, where Claude is available within Agentforce and Amazon Bedrock; Slack, where teams can reason through complex decisions with Claude directly in Slack and immediately execute governed actions in Salesforce; and a partnership built on mutual adoption, with both companies being strategic customers of each other.
