Salesforce Embeds Sales Cloud into AI Interface Claude Cowork

Salesforce has partnered with Anthropic to embed its Sales Cloud data and workflows directly into the AI interface Claude Cowork. This new integration, known as Claudeforce, establishes a technical and business connection that allows sales teams to work within Claude Cowork instead of navigating Salesforce's traditional user experience.

Claudeforce gives sellers an interface that removes friction to get things done by providing packaged 37 sales skills such as deal health, meeting prep, and pipeline analysis directly from within Claude. This bypasses the need for Salesforce's onerous screens, workflows, and clicks that sellers often avoid using.

The integration combines Claude's reasoning capabilities with Salesforce's Trust Layer, permissions, and business rules, enabling organizations to securely deploy AI experiences that can access data and take governed actions across Salesforce products.
