Salesforce has announced an aggressive expansion into Sri Lanka through key partnerships with John Keells Holdings, a prominent conglomerate in the country.

The partnership involves two subsidiaries of John Keells: Keells Supermarket and JKCG Auto, which is the authorized distributor for BYD passenger vehicles in Sri Lanka.

Salesforce will modernize Keells Supermarket's Nexus loyalty platform using Salesforce Loyalty Management, Customer 360, MuleSoft, and Agentforce Service. This move aims to establish real-time, hyper-personalized customer journeys, departing from traditional generic discounting models.

JKCG Auto is implementing Salesforce Automotive Cloud to unify the end-to-end customer lifecycle for its electric vehicle portfolio, enabling the capture and conversion of incoming leads while maintaining continuous engagement across various stages.
