Salesforce Expands Reach with AIforce Platform

Salesforce has introduced AIforce, a live interface layer that brings its platform to various surfaces where people and agents work. Introduced at Dreamforce on September 15, 2026, AIforce is an umbrella over five elements: Claudeforce, Slackforce, Agentforce Coworker, Headless Toolkit, and AgentExchange.

The company claims that AIforce allows agents to reason and take action across all data, workflows, and logic inside Salesforce from any surface. However, the announcement also highlights the challenges of governance in a multi-platform environment.

A key feature of AIforce is its ability to produce live dashboards and working views on demand through Slackforce Surfaces, which are available on both paid and free plans with Slackbot enabled, starting from October.
