Salesforce Eyes Listen Labs Acquisition for AI-Boosting Ambitions

Salesforce is reportedly in talks to acquire Listen Labs, an AI-powered customer research platform valued at $500 million.

The acquisition could value Listen Labs at around $2 billion, according to sources familiar with the matter.

Listen Labs' software automates much of the qualitative research process, which has traditionally been expensive and time-consuming.

The company's customers include Microsoft, Anthropic, Google, Nestle, Sweetgreen, and Perplexity.
