Salesforce Integrates OpenAI Frontier Models with Government Missions

Salesforce has announced new Missionforce capabilities that integrate OpenAI's frontier models to power government missions. This integration is expected to bring about faster service for citizens, less manual work for government teams, and support for always-on missions.

The partnership with OpenAI will allow government agencies to customize AI to their mission, streamline operations, intelligently coordinate field teams, and turn policy and regulations into instant, auditable action. The integration of OpenAI's generative AI capabilities will transform approved policy documents into structured, deterministic rules.

Additionally, Salesforce has partnered with NVIDIA to bring its models and accelerated computing into Missionforce. This partnership will enable customers in highly sensitive industries to train, tune, and deploy mission-specific models on their own critical data. The companies are also working to bring post-trained NVIDIA models into Missionforce additional capabilities.
