Salesforce Leads Investment in HiBob's AI-Powered Enterprise Vision
HiBob, a company behind the people management platform Bob, has secured an investment led by Salesforce, with additional participation from Farallon. This marks a significant milestone in HiBob's evolution from a modern HR platform to an organizational intelligence layer for businesses.
The investment reflects a shared belief that trusted workforce data and organizational context will become critical infrastructure for the AI-powered enterprise. As companies increasingly rely on AI agents and agentic workflows, they need a deep understanding of their people, roles, skills, teams, permissions, incentives, managers, and organizational structure to make informed decisions.
According to HiBob's CEO and co-founder Ronni Zehavi, the investment validates their belief that AI is changing the architecture of organizations. 'AI is not just changing technology; it's changing how companies operate,' he said.
The company aims to provide the organizational intelligence needed to manage hybrid workforces, helping organizations understand capabilities, identify skill gaps, plan workforce, support managers, and create clearer accountability as people and AI agents work together.
