Salesforce (CRM) has recently filed two shelf registrations tied to its employee stock ownership plans, covering roughly US$478 million of common equity.

The company's sharp rebound in recent months has rewarded those who bought during the dip, with a 30-day share price return of 23.06% and a 90-day gain of 46.48%

Despite this momentum, some argue that Salesforce may still be undervalued by about 5%, according to analyst Michaelyang's fair value estimate of $255.9.
