Salesforce Shares Soar on Strong Earnings and AI Growth
Salesforce shares soared after the company released its quarterly earnings report, beating expectations in several key areas. The software giant reported an 11% increase in revenue to $11.35 billion, narrowly exceeding analyst forecasts.
The company's artificial intelligence business saw significant growth, with AI-related revenue from Agentforce and Data 360 more than tripling to nearly $3.9 billion. This surge in AI revenue is a major driver of Salesforce's success, and the company is continuing to invest heavily in this area.
Salesforce also raised its full-year forecasts, with revenue guidance now at $46.1 billion to $46.4 billion. Adjusted earnings guidance was also increased to $16.67 to $16.71 per share.
