Salesforce Surpasses $11B in Q2 Revenue, Lifts Full-Year Guidance
Salesforce has posted record second-quarter fiscal 2027 results, exceeding expectations across multiple key metrics. The company reported revenue of $11.3 billion for the period ended July 31, 2026, representing an 11% year-over-year increase.
The quarterly gross profit came in at $8.696 billion, with a gross margin of 77% of total revenues. Income from operations was $2.331 billion, resulting in a GAAP operating margin of 20.5% and a non-GAAP operating margin of 34.1%. Net income and diluted net income per share were $3.526 billion and $4.29, respectively.
The Current Remaining Performance Obligation (cRPO) reached $33.5 billion, up 14% year-over-year in constant currency, while the total RPO stood at $66.3 billion, an 11% increase from the previous year. The Agentforce and Data 360 Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) grew to near $3.9 billion, a staggering 210% year-over-year increase.
Salesforce also highlighted strong demand for AI and data products, with 7.0 billion Agentic Work Units delivered across Agentforce and Slack, representing 97% quarter-over-quarter growth. The company's Data ingestion growth was equally impressive, ingesting 104 trillion records in Q2, a 355% year-over-year increase.
