Salesforce Unleashes AIForce and Koa for Headless SaaS and CRM
Salesforce unveiled AIForce at its Dreamforce event in San Francisco this week, enabling businesses to utilize headless software-as-a-service for their artificial intelligence goals. AIForce is a live interface layer that delivers enterprise knowledge from Salesforce into any AI interface.
According to Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff, 'AI is creating an interface revolution.' He explained that the company is combining model intelligence with context built into Salesforce to create an intelligent, dynamic system securely governed and designed to work with core systems. This means employees can access data through various interfaces like Anthropic's Claude, Slack, Lightning, Coworker, and more without needing to open a Salesforce dashboard.
The company also introduced Koa, its first CRM reasoning model built on Nvidia's Nemotron. Benioff stated that the knowledge accumulated by Salesforce is 'the most valuable thing we've built,' and with Koa, this knowledge is put inside the model itself. This allows for a different kind of intelligence that runs entirely within the customer's trust boundary.
