Salesforce Unveils $63B Financial Plan with Ambitious AI Growth Targets
Salesforce has outlined an ambitious financial plan, aiming to achieve $63 billion in revenue by FY30. The company's Investor Day event on September 16, 2026, revealed a comprehensive framework targeting the agentic enterprise with a focus on free cash flow growth and share count reduction. By FY27, Salesforce aims for a 190% free cash flow return and at least a 14% reduction in share count.
The revenue guidance forecasts $26.5 billion for FY26 and $46.4 billion for FY27, with non-GAAP operating margin targets set at 18.7% for FY22 and 34.3% for FY27. The company has invested $15 billion in research and development since FY24, with a focus on combining profitable growth with disciplined operations and investments.
Salesforce also highlighted the potential of AI market growth, projecting a 35% compound annual growth rate (CAGR) for AI software, AI platforms, and business AI agents through 2030. The company noted that AI-related spending is expected to account for 56% of total software expenditure by 2030.
